Issue No. 001/The Transformation Quarterly/For Executives Building Global Business Services
The case for consolidation, built on evidence.
Forensio is an intelligence platform for C-level leaders considering a transformation
toward Global Business Services or Shared Services. We translate fragmented operating
realities into a defensible strategy, an executable model, and a technology stack with
quantified value at every recommendation.

"
The clarity around archetype was decisive. We had argued for eighteen months about Krakow versus Bucharest. Forensio framed it as the wrong question.

"
The value architecture made the business case un-attackable. Every CFO in the room had a number tied to a mechanism, not a slide.
We started with cost. We ended with a digital operating model. Forensio's sequencing principle saved us from a very expensive RPA programme.

§ 07 — The Practice
Built by operators.
Warsaw · Founded 2024 Operating across EMEA, AMER, APAC
Forensio is not a software company in disguise. It is a small practice of transformation operators — former GBS leaders, finance executives, and digital architects — who have led, advised on, or recovered programmes at scale.
We built the platform because the questions executives ask before a transformation are the same questions, in the same order, every time. We codified the framework we use in workshops, calibrated it against the work we have done, and made it available without gating.
The free dossier is not a teaser for the paid engagements. It is a complete output. We make money when the next conversation happens — because the dossier proved we knew what we were talking about.

§ 08 — Questions
The questions executives actually ask.
Open the ones that matter to you
How is this different from a consulting firm's pitch?
Forensio is consultable rather than for sale. The free output is the same diagnostic we would charge for in week one of a paid engagement — codified, repeatable, and free of the rhetorical scaffolding that classic deck-driven advisory uses to defer recommendations. We make our living from the conversation that follows, not from the diagnosis itself.
Is the dossier specific enough to act on, or is it generic?
It is specific to your inputs but not your situation. A 28-question diagnostic cannot replace the work of validating costs, mapping processes end-to-end, or negotiating with works councils. What it can do is set the framing, surface the questions that matter, and produce a defensible business case envelope. Use it as the briefing that gets your steering committee to "yes, let's design this properly."
What happens to my data?
By default, nothing. Your responses stay in your browser's localStorage. They are not transmitted to Forensio's servers. If you click "Export PDF" the document is generated entirely in your browser using the system print dialogue. If you choose to engage with us paid, we operate under a standard GDPR-compliant DPA with EU data residency and the standard set of customer rights. See our privacy notice.
Why not just hire McKinsey/Deloitte/EY/PwC/KPMG?
Often the right answer — particularly if you need scale of resources for a multi-year programme. We are complementary rather than competitive. Many clients use Forensio to frame the problem before commissioning a Big Four engagement, which materially improves the quality of the work that follows and reduces the discovery bill.
How current are the benchmarks?
Calibration draws on the SSON Maturity Index and the Hackett Group benchmark dataset, refreshed against our own engagement data on a rolling basis. The platform shows the methodology version in the masthead of every dossier; we publish a changelog when significant calibration changes are made.
Can a consultancy or advisor use this with their clients?
Yes. The Programme engagement includes a white-label option for advisory partners. Contact us for terms.
What languages do you support?
The platform is English-only today. We are evaluating French, German, Spanish, and Polish — driven by client demand. Our advisory engagements are delivered in English; Polish, French, and German are available on request.
